Sam and Dean Winchester

In the dark of night, beneath the stars' cold gaze, Lived Sam and Dean, the Winchesters, bound by fate's cruel maze. Brothers in arms, with hearts of purest gold, A tale of love, loss, and battles untold.

Sam, the thinker, with eyes of wisdom deep, Dreamed of a world where peace could seep, Through every crack of their storm-torn lives, Where love, not loss, would forever thrive.

Dean, the warrior, with a soul so fierce, Guarded his brother, his love the fiercest pierce, Against demons, ghosts, and all that's vile, He'd drive that Impala, mile after mile.

Together they've roamed, from one end to the other, Saving lives, souls, each sister and brother. From the depths of Hell to Heaven's high gate, Their legacy was love, though the road was fraught with hate.

Oh, how they've fought, with every breath they drew, For every person they saved, for every heart they knew. They painted light in the darkest night, Gave hope where despair once held its might.

Remember the children, safe in their beds, Because Sam and Dean faced the dreads, The monsters under beds, the whispers in the dark, Their courage a beacon, an everlasting spark.

Think of the families, reunited, tears of joy, From the clutches of evil, they did deploy, A chance at life, at love once more, The Winchesters' gift, forever to adore.

In every act of kindness, in every soul they mend, Lies the essence of Sam and Dean, their goodness without end. Through sacrifice and pain, through every tear they've shed, They've left a world better, with every step they tread.

So let us remember, as they ride into the lore, Sam and Dean Winchester, heroes to the core. For every good deed done in the shadow of their name, They've given us hope, an eternal flame.

Now they rest, perhaps, in some peaceful land, But their love, their legacy, will forever stand. In hearts they've touched, in lives they've saved, Sam and Dean, the brothers brave.

I got greeted my something unusual

The other day I was at my friend's gravesite. Afterward, I had some time to explore. I ran into many ducks and two geese on a frozen pond in the cemetery.

The pond was filled with ducks and two geese. The geese had attitude; they were so angry that I didn't bring snacks.

A REMADE OF "Stand by me"

STAND BY ME. Reboot

The Legend of the '80s Reboot: Is Stand By Me Returning?

STORYTELLER’S NOTE: The following information is based on circulating industry rumors and whispers. While the details are intriguing, none of this has been officially confirmed by the studios. Read with an open mind and a proper sense of wonder.

There is a whisper traveling through the grapevine tonight, and if it’s true, we are looking at the return of a legend. Rumor has it that a reboot of the quintessential coming-of-age classic, Stand By Me, is finally in the works.

But there’s a massive twist.

Forget the 1950s and the search for a body along the train tracks of a bygone era. The word is that this new journey will be set in the 1980s. It’s a bold move—shifting the nostalgia from the world of Gordie Lachance to the neon-soaked, bike-riding era that the original film actually debuted in.

The Feldman Factor

Perhaps the most shocking part of the rumor is who is sitting in the director's chair. Corey Feldman—the original Teddy Duchamp—is rumored to be partly directing the project. Having someone who lived and breathed the original "lightning in a bottle" moment could be exactly what a project like this needs to keep its soul.

The "Perfect" Gamble

The production is reportedly hunting for a $20 million budget, with filming rumored to begin in 2027. However, the lead director and the green light are still up in the air.

The word behind the scenes is that this movie will either be the greatest reboot of our generation or a total failure—there is no middle ground. Because of that, the backers are being incredibly cautious. They are holding out for the perfect script, the perfect writing, and a perfect cast of four boys who can capture that raw, believable chemistry we all remember.

Final Thoughts

Could a 1980s-set Stand By Me actually work? If they get the casting right and keep the heart of Stephen King’s story at the center, it could be a beautiful homage to friendship.

What do you think? Would you be in favor of this reboot, or should the classics be left alone? Personally, I think if it’s done right... it could be something special.

That’s all the research I could find for now. Stay tuned for more updates as the rumors develop!

I visited my friend at Her Grave.😢

There I am at her grave. I placed a sunflower and pink bear there🐻💓. I wonder if other people visit her grave?

I wounder have everyone forgotten her death? I have not seen flowers. I know it was tuff on her family.  A car wreck  low speed she died the other car driven my 78 year old woman survived with out injury.

She was my friend. My coworker.  After she left working there she would come by the mall when I was working

She gave me her phone number.    I called her once we talked about  work  because she quit that job. Three days before her death. I had a strange feeling  that something going to happen.  But I didn't call i wanted call.  Something said Call her just say hello 👋  increasingly for the 3 days before death
That feeling increased.I'm just call her and just say hello.  I did not I didn't want to bug her. She often came into work after she quit.  And stop by and say, how are you doing? And then we talk for like minutes. Then you go on her way. I figured next time should you just stop in and say hello.

I should have called her.We never spoke again.

TRYED OLD YAKIMA CHINESE FOOD PLACE

I had not been to the Golden Wheel restaurant in downtown Yakima in years—about 30 years. I had the Kung Pao beef with egg rolls. I was the only one there. I was going to take a picture of my food, but I was so hungry!

It was a large plate of food, and my bill was really reasonable. I should have taken home the leftover vegetables, but I didn't because I knew I would not eat them. Not to say they weren't delicious, but I ate all the tasty meat and a lot of vegetables, but I am not going to heat up leftover vegetables. Does that make sense?

So if you're ever in yakima, why not go to the go on wheel for lunch or dinner. The service was excellent and the waiter wes really on spot.

THE GOONIES

  • Budget: The film's total budget was approximately $19 million. This figure encapsulates various production costs including:

    • Salaries for Cast and Crew:
      • While specific actor salaries aren't publicly detailed, it's known that child actors in the 80s typically didn't command high fees. However, the presence of established actors like Anne Ramsey and Joe Pantoliano, and the involvement of Steven Spielberg as an executive producer, would have contributed to this budget.
      • Director Richard Donner's salary would also be a significant portion of this.
    • Production Design and Sets:
      • A substantial part of the budget went into creating the elaborate sets, especially the pirate ship (The Inferno) and the numerous booby traps. J. Michael Riva, the production designer, worked on making these sets visually impressive, which included building a full-sized pirate ship model.
    • Special Effects:
      • The Goonies required practical effects like animatronics for characters like Sloth, and various mechanical effects for the traps and the ship's final scene. Industrial Light & Magic was involved for some special effects, contributing to the cost.
    • Location Shooting:
      • Much of the film was shot in Astoria, Oregon, which involved location fees, logistics, and accommodations for the crew. Some scenes were also shot in Burbank, California, on Warner Bros. soundstages.
    • Music and Soundtrack:
      • The film's score by Dave Grusin and the use of popular songs like Cyndi Lauper's "The Goonies 'R' Good Enough" would have added to the costs, though this might be less significant compared to other aspects.
    • Marketing and Promotion:
      • While not part of the direct production costs, marketing, including the music video for the theme song, would have been funded by this budget or additional promotional budgets.
  • Miscellaneous Costs:
    • This includes everything from costumes, props, transportation, catering, insurance, and
    • other operational expenses during the shoot.I
I Love this movie!

Will  Goonies New Treasure  be made a reality?  With all the actors and directors that have past away year my year it becomes  more unlikely.
Do i want it?  That's tuff call. They should have done sequel in the 80s   You ever wondered if the coast guard intercepted the Treasure ship of on eyed Willy?
