Minimal Effort, Maximum Flavor: 2 Easy Vegan Recipes"





Some vegetarian dishes are simple to make. If you're allergic to  nuts  not dish for you.  
   
 * Recipe 1: Creamy Peanut Butter Noodles
   * Introduction: Briefly explain why this recipe is great (quick, satisfying, customizable).
   * Ingredients:
     * Pasta of your choice (spaghetti, linguine, etc.)
     * Creamy peanut butter
     * Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
     * Maple syrup (or agave)

     * Sriracha (optional, for spice)
     * Water
     * Optional toppings: chopped scallions, sesame seeds, crushed peanuts.
   * Instructions:
     * Cook pasta according to package directions.
     * While pasta cooks, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sriracha (if using), and a little water in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Add more water as needed to reach desired consistency.
     * Drain pasta and return to the pot.
     * Pour the peanut butter sauce over the pasta and toss to coat.
     * Serve immediately, topped with optional toppings.
   * Tips & Variations:
     * Add steamed or sautéed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, spinach).
     * Use different nut butters (almond, cashew).
     * Adjust the sauce's consistency by adding more or less water.
     * Add grated ginger or garlic to the sauce.

* Recipe 2: Black Bean and Corn Salsa Tacos

   * Ingredients:
     * Canned black beans, rinsed and drained
     * Canned corn, drained
     * Salsa (store-bought or homemade)

     * Taco shells or tortillas

   * Instructions:
     * In a bowl, combine black beans, corn, salsa, and lime juice.
     * Heat taco shells or tortillas according to package directions.

     * Add diced bell peppers or jalapeños to the salsa mixture.
     * Use different types of salsa (pico de gallo, mango salsa).
     * Mash some of the black beans for a creamier filling.
     * Add a sprinkle of chili powder, cumin, or smoked paprika to the bean mixture.
