Projects "Up Dog"

Let me start by saying this post is for entertainment purposes only, not news. There has been speculation about the unusual fog. Unusual fog has been reported across the world. I saw someone who saw a top-secret documentary, Project "UP DOG".  It was application of fog to cause animals to increase in intelligence.  You have seen more and more pets talking in videos on ticktock.   The theory it once animals can fully talk then the will lead a take over of  USA.  This only a possible theory.
